The power supply modules (PSMs) in an ACX7348 router are hot-removable and hot-insertable eld-
replaceable units (FRUs). You can remove and replace the PSMs without powering o the router or
disrupng roung funcons.

Remove an ACX7348 AC Power Supply Module
Before you remove a PSM from a router, ensure that you have taken the necessary precauons to
prevent electrostac discharge (ESD) damage (see Prevenon of Electrostac Discharge Damage).
Ensure that you have the following parts and tools available to remove a PSM from a router:
• ESD grounding strap
• Anstac bag or an anstac mat
To remove an AC PSM from an ACX7348 router:
1. Place the anstac bag or the anstac mat on a at, stable surface.
