3.6 Cooling circuit connection
The KeDrive D3-DA device has a capacity of up to 0.5l of coolant depending on the
size. After the disconnection of the connections, liquid may be left in the device and
escape if the device is tipped. We recommend the usage of a self-sealing liquid coupling
(not included in the scope of supply) to prevent the coolant escaping and to make it
possible to disconnect and connect in the lled state.
NOTE:
It is imperative the ow for the liquid cooling is connected to the connection
correspondingly marked in Figure3.9.

1) Liquid connection with 3/8inch female thread
2) 90°elbow tting with 3/8inch female thread and male thread
3) Self-sealing liquid coupling
4) Self-sealing quick-release connection with hose connection
5) PUR (polyurethane) hose with clip
Note:
Items2 to 5 are not included in the scope
of supply. You will nd these in the cooling
circuit connection set (LCS01). Please order
separately.
