11.3.2 Carburetor breakdown
Loose screws of the electric enrichment valve and remove the electric enrichment valve assembly.
Check abrasion of electric enrichment
valve and oil needle.
If it is severe, replace the electric enrichment valve
assembly.
Loose screw and remove upper cover.
Remove spring and plunger assembly.
Check abrasion of plunger.
Replace it if abraded.
Check abrasion of oil needle.
Replace it if abraded.
Loosen screws and remove the float
chamber.
Remove the float assembly, float pin and needle valve assembly.
