Configure MX + B parameters.

Query B parameter.
Set M parameter (-9.99999e20 to 9.99999e20).
Query M parameter.
Set MX + B units (1 to 3-character ASCII string).
Query M parameter.
Enable or disable CALC1 math.
Query state of math.
Path to CALC1 data.
Return only most recent math result.
Read result of math.
