[SENSe:]TEMPerature:TRANsdsucer:{FTHermistor|THERmistor}:POWer:LIMit[:STATe]?
[(@<ch_list>)]
Enables or disables low-power for 2-wire and 4-wire thermistor in temperature measurements.
Only supported in DAQM901A, DAQM902A, and DAQM908A multiplexer modules.
Parameter is shared between FTHermistor and THERmistor measurements. Setting or querying the parameter
with the FTHermistor version of this command is identical to setting or querying it with the THERmistor ver-
sion.
This command is not supported in DMM Digitize data acquisition mode.
Error -221,"Settings conflict; DMM digitizing mode has been disabled" will be generated when you send the
command to enable low-power for 2-wire or 4-wire thermistor temperature measurement in DMM Digitize
mode.
Parameter Typical return
{OFF | ON}. Default: OFF 0 (OFF) or 1 (ON)
Configure 4-wire thermistor for temperature measurements using a 10 PLC integration time. Enable low-power
4-wire thermistor for temperature measurements. Then make and read one measurement:
CONF:TEMP:FRTD
TEMP:TRANS:FRTD:NPLC 10
TEMP:TRANS:FRTD:POW:LIM ON
READ?
Typical Response: +6.27530000E+01
– Low-power resistance measurements apply to the 100 Ω through 100 kΩ ranges only. The 1 MΩ through 1 GΩ
ranges source the same current regardless of the low-power setting.
– This parameter is set to its default value after a Factory Reset (*RST command).
