UNIT Subsystem
UNIT:TEMPerature {C|F|K} [, (@<ch_list>)]
UNIT:TEMPerature? [(@<ch_list>)]
Specifies the units °C (Celsius), °F (Fahrenheit), or K (Kelvin) to be used for all temperature measurements.
Only supported on DAQM900A, DAQM901A, DAQM902A, and DAQM908A multiplexer modules.
Table below shows transducer types that are supported on each multiplexer module.

Parameter Typical return
{C | F | K}
Default: C
C, F, or K
On the selected multiplexer channels, sets the temperature units to °F, for thermocouple type B:
CONF:TEMP TC,B, (@312,313)
UNIT:TEMP F, (@312,313)
– You can mix temperature units on different channels within the instrument and on the same module.
– If the corresponding channels are not configured for temperature measurements prior to sending of this com-
mand, instrument will dispatch an error message.
– Setting the mX+b (CALCulate:SCALe:UNIT command) measurement units to °C, °F, or K has no effect on the tem-
perature measurement units that is currently selected.
– The CONFigure and MEASure? commands automatically select °C.
– This parameter is set to its default value after a Factory Reset (*RST command).
