Returns the trigger time stamp for single channel DMM digitizing. The time indicates only when trigger occur,
excluding the trigger delay.

Returns the time and date when the DMM is triggered.

The string returned has the form yyyy,mm,dd,hh,mm,ss.sss:

mm is the month
dd is the day of the month
hh is the hour in 24-hour format
mm is the minutes

Returns the trigger's time stamp of the specified reading record for digitizer module digitizing on the specified
channel.
