Cruise Control (CC)
Setting Cruise Control speed
1. Accelerate to the desired speed, and
press the button. The cruise indi
-
cator and the cruise set speed will
appear on the instrument cluster.
The set speed must be more than
approximately 20 mph (32 km/h).
2. Release the accelerator pedal. The
desired speed will automatically be
maintained.
Increasing Cruise Control set
speed
Follow either of these procedures:
僅 Push the + switch up and hold it. Your
vehicle set speed will increase by 5
mph (10 km/h). Release the switch at
the speed you want.
僅 Push the + switch up, and release it
immediately. The set speed will
increase by 1 mph (1 km/h) each time
you move the + switch up in this man

Decreasing Cruise Control set
speed
Follow either of these procedures:
僅 Push the - switch down and hold it.
Your vehicle will gradually slow down.
Release the switch at the speed you
want to maintain.
僅 Push the - switch down and release it
immediately. The set speed will
decrease by 1 mph (1 km/h) each time
the switch is operated in this manner.
Accelerating temporarily with
Cruise Control on
僅 If you want to speed up temporarily
when Cruise Control is on, depress the
accelerator pedal. Increased speed
will not interfere with Cruise Control
operation or change the set speed.
僅 To return to the set speed, take your
foot off the accelerator pedal.
