Driver assistance system Rear View Monitor (RVM)
僅 Ensure that Warning Methods you
have set may apply to the warning
volume of other driver assistance sys

tems.
僅 If not equipped with the navigation
system, select User Settings → Driver
Assistance to adjust the Warning Vol

ume.
僅 The settings menu content may vary
depending of the vehicle specifica

tions.
僅 Descriptions of each Driver Assistance
system may be slightly different from
the owner's manual after updating the
software of your infotainment system.
In this case, scan the QR code in the
infotainment system manual to
access the web manual to review the
changes.
僅 Depending on region or system
update, the menu may be displayed
as 'Warning Sound' or 'Warning meth
-
ods'.
Rear view
Operating conditions
僅 If the gear is shifted to R (Reverse),
the rear view is displayed on the
screen.
Off conditions
僅 The rear view will not be turned off
with the gear in R (Reverse).
僅 If pressing the Parking/View button (1)
when the gear is in P (Parking) posi
-
tion with the video is displayed, the
video will be turned off.
Extended Rear View Monitor
僅 With the ENGINE START/STOP button
in the ON position, select 'Setting →
Screen → Keep Rear Camera' from
the Settings menu in the Infotainment
system.
僅 When parking, the rear view camera
will remain on the screen if the follow
-
ing conditions are satisfied:
- The gear is shifted from R
(Reverse) to N (Neutral) or D (Drive)
- Vehicle speed is below 6 mph (10
km/h)
僅 The rear view will turn off when vehi
-
cle speed is above 6 mph (10 km/h).
僅 The rear view will turn off when the
Parking/View button (1) is pressed.
僅 If the gear is shifted to P (Park), the
function is turned off.
