7.2 Instrument Settings
In the instrument settings the parameters for the measurement are set.
Parameters for the measurement are:
Scale (unit)
Length of the polarimeter tube [mm]
Wavelength [nm]
Currently only the wavelength 589 nm is available.
Actual temperature at the polarimeter tube [°C / °F
/ off]
Except for the wavelength, all required parameters for the measurement are selected in
the instrument settings.
