– Remove screws .
– Take off the left exhaust cover .

– Stand the motorcycle on its side stand on a horizontal surface.
– Place a suitable container under the engine.
– Remove oil drain plug  with the magnet, O-rings and oil screen.
–
Remove the oil filter. x ( p. 190)
– Completely drain the engine oil.
