BASIC COMMANDS AND STATEMENTS
3.58 STOP
Purpose: To halt program execution and
return to command level.
Format: STOP
Comments: This command is similar to
END, except that STOP causes
the message "BREAK IN nnnnn"
to be displayed, where nnnnn is
the line number of the STOP
statement.
Example:
The BASIC interpreter always
returns to the command level
after a STOP is executed.
