DIM BARRA Y (9) sets up a one-dimensional

range from 0 to 9. Thus it is equivalent to a
table of 10 entries.

An expression can be a constant, or a
numeric va riable, or a string, or a
combination of vari ab les, const ants, a nd
operators which work toge ther to produce a
s ingle value.
