4.1
Typewriter
keys
These
are
the
keys
which
you
can
find
on
the
keyboard
of
a
typewriter.
They
include
the
alphab~tic
and
punctuational
keys,
the
"SHIFT" keys,
the
"CAPS LOCK"
key,
the
"TAB"
key
and
the
"DELETE"
key.
The
arrangement
of
these
keys resembles
that
of
a
typewriter
so
that
your
typing
skills
can
be
applied
on
the
computer.
There
are
two
possible
layouts
for
the
typewriter
keys,
selected
by
the
STD/
ALT
keyboard
switch
located
on
the
back
panel
of
the
computer
. When
the
switch
is
thrown
to
the
"STD"
position,
you
get
the
standard
"QWERTY"
layout
shown
in
Figure
4-1.
