How to fix an unresponsive Lexmark Printer?

  If your Lexmark Printer is unresponsive, ensure the power cord is correctly plugged into both the printer and a grounded electrical outlet that is not controlled by a switch or breaker. Make sure the printer is not connected to surge protectors, UPS, or extension cords, and verify that other devices plugged into the same outlet are functioning. Confirm the printer is powered on and that the printer cable is securely connected to both the printer and the host computer, print server, or network device. Also, check that all options are properly installed and that the printer driver settings are correct. Try turning the printer off, waiting 10 seconds, and then turning it back on.
