Entering diagnostic tests mode
1. Turn the printer off.
2. Open the printer cover.
3. Press and hold the operator panel button.
4. Turn the printer on.
5. When the cover open error is indicated on the operator panel
(Error light on), release the button.
6. Close the cover.
The printer automatically runs the diagnostics test.
• If the test passes, the Toner Low light blinks.
• If a test fails, a service indication is displayed.
Once the diagnostics test is complete, a one page Quick Test can be
printed by briefly pressing the operator panel button.
