8.4 How to Check Power Components
Before checking the power components, be sure to disconnect AC Input supply and wait until the Main Electrolytic
Capacitors (DCP-DCN) discharge.
n Diode Module Check
Check point Resistance to be Good
R, S, T – P1 50 k ohms or more
R, S, T – N 50 k ohms or more
n Charge Resistor Check
Check point Resistance to be Good
Contactor terminals Depending on model
n DB (Dynamic Braking) IGBT (Option)
Check point Resistance to be Good
B2 - N 50 k ohms or more
G - N A few kilo ohms
n IGBT Module Check
Check point Resistance to be Good
B2 - N 50 k ohms or more
G - N A few kilo ohms
