• Save/ Re store se t up a ft e r pow er- off. When checked, t his enables t he Trackit Mk3 t o save its
entire Set up including Pat ient Nam e and Recording I D aft er power- off and recall it at power- on.
Note t hat t he Patient Nam e and Recording I D are only ret ained for 15 m inut es aft er power- off
(refer below) .
• Aut o- re cor d aft e r rest or e set up at pow e r - on . When checked, t his enables t he Tr ackit Mk3
to cont inue recording if it was recording t he last tim e is was powered- off, using the recalled
Set up and Pat ient Nam e and Recording I D, but only if it has been powered-off for 15 m inutes
or less. I f t he Trackit Mk3 has been powered-off for longer than 15 m inutes, then t he Pat ient
Nam e and Recording I D are overwrit t en wit h defaults (t he current Setup rem ains) Not e t hat the
param et er above m ust also be checked t o used t his feature.
• Disable a ut o- r e cor d af t e r m a n ua l Tr a ck it of f. When checked, t his causes a pot ent ial Aut o-
record situation t o be cancelled whenever the Tr ackit Mk3 is powered- off either from it s own
front - panel pushbutton or from the Host .
• Disable a ut o- r e cor d af t e r re cord off. When checked, t his causes a potential Auto- record sit -
uat ion to be cancelled whenever t he Hosts instruct s t he Trackit Mk3 to stop recording.
Note t hat in all these Auto- recor d situations, t he sam e rules apply to data st orage on t he flash card
as defined in t he User Manual for t he curr ent Trackit Default Options | Tab 1. To sum m arise these
rules:
• The Trackit Mk3 will not record over a dat a file on the card which is less than 24 hours old.
• The Trackit Mk3 will append new dat a, if enabled, if the dat a file on the flash card is less t han
24 hours old and the Tr ackit Mk3’s Set up and Pat ient Nam e and Recording I D are ident ical t o
that on t he card.
• The Trackit Mk3 will overwrit e data on t he flash card, if enabled, if the dat a on the card is m ore
t han 24 hours old.
• The Trackit Mk3 will writ e new data to a blank flash card, if enabled.
Disallow Nonin Errors
This is a feature available to all Trackit s running firm ware Vx.13.x or lat er. Norm ally, t he SaO2
dat a stored t o t he flash card is set to an invalid value ( 127) to m ark any of the following Nonin er-
rors:
1. Sensor disconnect ed
2. Out of t rack
3. Low perfusion
4. Marginal perfusion
5. Bad pulse
Errors 1 and 2 are serious and do cause invalid dat a. However, shor t - term errors 3 to 5 are not so
serious and t he Nonin device is still able to produce m eaningful data. The available option is as fol-
lows:
• Disallow N onin Er r or s. When checked, all errors 1 – 5 produce invalid dat a (127). When
unchecked, it is only errors 1 and 2 which cause t he dat a to be m arked as invalid, other-
wise t he Nonin dat a is unm odified.
Get Card Info

Selecting Get Card I nfo opens a dialog showing t he current stat us of t he flash card, including t he
file nam e and any error codes ( ‘Disk OK’ is displayed t o indicat e a properly funct ioning card).
Should any problem occur wit h t he flash card, copy and paste this dialog and send it to your Life-
lines dist ributor.
