10.8.13. Query the no sync picture properties
Description: This command reads the enabling status and the RGB color code of the no
sync picture on the active input port.

Explanation: The no sync picture is enabled and its color is the (255, 255, 0) RGB coded
yellow on the DVI-D input port.
Info: Querying of the color of no sync picture is available only on the selected active input.

Description: This command reads out the properties of the incoming signal on the
selected input ports.
