4.9.4.3 INSPECTION OF THE ENGINE SPEED CONTROL SYSTEM
Before starting these checks:
- Jack the truck up securely so that both drive wheels can turn freely.
- Lock brake pedal in “brake locked” position.
- Engine is warmed up.
