The pilot joystick has the floating function:
By pushing the pilot joystick to the most front position,
it
will be attracted
by
the lift arm
floating magnet (the lift arm joystick will not return to neutral position even after the
operator takes his hand off it), and the lift arm will be brought to t he floating status.
To
terminate the lift arm floating status, pull back the lift arm joystick to the neutral position.
To
have the bucket scrape materials, push the lift arm joystick to the lift arm floating
position, and the bucket will be raised or low ered according to road surface shape but not
contact thus protect the road surface.
front and rear movements of joystick are used to
control the moving direction of the lift arm. Both
joysticks are normally in a middle position. When
the engine is working, by pushing forwards the
pilot joystick, the lift arm will be lowered; by
pulling b ackwards the pilot joystick, the lift arm
will be raised; by pushing rightward the pilot
joystick, the bucket will dump; by pulling leftward
the pilot joystick, the lift arm will roll back. Slightly
moving forward or backward the two joysticks
can control the opening of main valve. The
opening of throttle valve of diesel engine can also
be controlled. The two kinds of controlling ensure
the exact movement position and speed of
working device.
