Configuring Alarm Parameters
The Alarm parameters menu allows you to select the type of events that will trigger the
system to "beep" during an alarm event.
To configure alarm parameters:

ick Remote Setting>Alarm>Alarm Parameters.

nfigure the following:
• Buz
zer Time: Select the duration the system beeps if the DVR detects an alarm event. Choose
from 10 - 60 seconds.
• Select the type of events that will trigger an alarm:
• MD Al
arm (motion detection)
• HDD Los
s: Hard Drive loss
• HDD Spac
e: Low Hard Drive Space
• Vi
deo Loss
• Select the Ema
il check box if you want the system to send e-mail notifications if the system
detects alarm events.
• Select the Full Screen check box if you want the system to go into full screen mode when the
system detects alarm events.
• Post Recording: Select the post recording time after an alarm event triggers the an alarm.
• Pre Record: Select the pre recording time when the system detects an alarm trigger.

ick Apply to save your settings.
