3.7 Program Update
CAUTION
Downgrading from version 2.x to 1.x is not possible!
The update may cause loss of user-specific settings!
Prior to the update, you should save the user-specific settings. Please compare
chapter 6.1.10 P12 - SEL dPr: Configuration Data Transfer to Other Machines.
3.7.1 Program Update Version 2.x Onwards
1. Insert a USB flashdrive (FAT) into your PC’s USB port.
2. Create a folder named ‘update’ (please note case-sensitivity) in the topmost level of the USB
flashdrive.
3. Save the update file 'drtxxx.bin' into the folder 'update'.
4. Remove USB flashdrive from the PC.
5. Turn off the dart machine and open the electronics compartment.
6. Insert the USB flashdrive into a USB port (any position) on the controller board.
7. Turn on the dart machine.
8. The update process starts automatically.

“update”.
Do not turn off the machine while the update is in progress!
If you hear a continuous tone, press [PLAYER CHANGE] button to
switch it off. Readjust date and time. Please compare 6.1.6 P06 - SEL
rtC: Date and Time Programming (Real-Time Clock).
If required, you also have to reprogram user-specific settings (chapter
6.1.10 P12 - SEL dPr: Configuration Data Transfer to Other Machines)
as well as re-adjust the infrared sensor (chapter 7.2.8 t08 - SEL Ir:
Infrared Sensor Test).
