When Count latch signal is On, present count value is latched.

▪ Count latch function is operated when Count latch signal is On. Namely, counter value is not cleared
when power supply Off =>On and mode change, it is counted from previous value.
▪ In latch counter function, internal or external preset function has to use for clearing present value.
