This Feature Finder (Table 4–1) covers features that users and Direct-Line
Console (DLC) operators may need for basic calling and answering. Operator-
only features are listed in the Operator Feature Finder. Note, however, that many
of the features here are used by operators, especially DLC operators, as well as
by regular telephone users.
