This chapter provides descriptions of the system manuals and a quick
information-finder to help you locate what you need in the system reference
guides.
NOTE:
Release 6.0 and later systems (Hybrid/PBX mode only) support private
connections between MERLIN LEGEND Communications Systems and
DEFINITY Enterprise Communications Server (ECS) or DEFINITY
ProLogix Solutions systems using private networks or the public switched
telephone network. This aspect of the system is not covered in this guide.
For complete information, see the
Network Reference.
When you do not know where to look for help on a specific feature or activity,
check this chapter first. It helps you determine which guide contains the
information you need and where to find it in that guide.
