STORAGE AND PRESEASON PREPARATION
WARNING
Have an authorized LYNX dealer
inspect fuel and oil systems in-
tegrity as specified in PERIODIC
MAINTENANCE CHART.
Storage
It is during summer, or when a snow-
mobile is not in use for more than one
month that proper s torage is a neces-
sity.
To prepare y our snowmobile, refer to
an authorized LYNX dealer.
Engine Cooling System
Antifreeze should be replaced every
2 years or 6000 km to prevent an-
tifreeze deterio ration.
The antifreeze replac ement and a den-
sity test should be performed by an au-
thorized LYNX dealer.
CAUTION: Improper antifreeze mix-
ture might allow freezing o f the li q-
uidinthecoolingsystemifvehi-
cle is stored in area where freezing
point is reached. This would s eri-
ously damage the engine. Failure
to replace the antifreeze for stor-
age may allow its degradation that
could result in poor cooling when
engine will be used.
CAUTION: Do not run engine dur-
ing storage period.
