header

a
point
where
the
wobble
box
base
is

Remove breather (A) and measure down. Oil
level sho

3 % inches

)
from
lop
of
hole
.
NOTE: Use a somewhat flexib
le
measuring
device to anew
insertion
past internal
components.
3. Add as required. See "Recommended Lubri-
ca
nts" for specified gear
lube
and
capacity of
box
.
4. Replace breather.
Change
wobble
box
lubri
cant
after the first
50
hours
operation
and
every
1000
hours
(or 3
years)
the
reafter.
Assembly/Disassembly
If removing wobble
box
pulley,
a 3-jaw puller
is
recommended.
When
reinstalling drive
arm
or pu
lley
:
1.
Remove
a
ny
ru
st
or paint
from
inner
~
:;pline.
For
replacement parts,
remove
oil/gmase
with
degreasing agent.
2.
Before
assemb
ly,
apply
Loclite®
#24:J
adhesive
(or equivalent)
to
spli
ne.
Apply
in
two
bands
(C)
as
shown, with
one
band
at
end
of $pline
and
one band approximately
mid
-
way
.
