Reel Drive Chain Lubrication

Reel Drive Chain Tension
To
tighten reel drive chain:
1. Loosen nuts (A) and (

is
sufficient to remove excess belt

IMPORTANT: To prolong drive life, do not over-
tighten belt. Belt slippage is us
ed
to protect the
reel
in
an overload situation.
NOTE: Minor belt tension adjustments may be
made without affecting chain tension. For major
adjustments, like after repositioning
reel or
auger, adjust chain tension before belt tension.
To adjust reel drive belt tension:
