1. Feed the chain into chain
case,

engage on first few teeth,

install connector link.
6. Install connector link

install the chain
tensioner sprocket

Scrape old silicone off of chain case and
covers, and clean these surfaces
with solvent.
9. Apply new
silicone to
mat
ing surfaces of
chain case, upper and lower covers, and
drive shaft shield.
10. Bolt covers to chain case and tighten boll
which clamps upper cover to drive
shaM
shield.
