13 - "INTELLIGENT HYDRAULICS"
This function allows optimising repeating movement cycles.
These hydraulic functions can be combined (e.g. loading material in a truck with tipping
bed).
"QUICKLIFT"
It maximises the cycle time by combining the boom lifting/extension hydraulic movements
and the boom descent/withdrawing movements.
The load compensation can be adjusted within a horizontal range of ± 50 cm; the
"Quicklift" function does no longer operate beyond this compensation. Move button
B backward to withdraw the boom and restore the function.
- Position the telehandler in the transport position.
- Press the button
to activate it, the indicator light shows its operation.
- Push joystick A backward to lift and extend the boom at the same time.
- Push joystick A forward to lower and withdraw the boom at the same time.
BUCKET SHAKER
- This allows performing a shaking sequence when the unloading control is maintained, the maximum shaking intensity
is reached at an engine speed greater than 1600 rpm.
- Press the button
to activate it, the indicator light shows its operation.
- Push the joystick A fully and keep it to the right to unload and shake the bucket.
RETURN TO LOAD
- This allows bringing the bucket back to the loading position (e.g. loading the trailer).
- Position the telehandler in the transport position.
- Adjust the bucket in loading position.
- Press the button
to store the position, the indicator light shows its operation.
- Fill and tilt the bucket backward in transport position
- Empty the bucket of the trailer.
- Tilt the bucket backward and move back the telehandler.
- Push the joystick A fully forward to bring the bucket back to loading position.
14 - "COMFORT STEERING SYSTEM"
This function allows turned the wheels with a turn of the handwheel.
The number of turns of the wheel increases proportionally to the travelling speed of
the telehandler and/or the boom lifting angle.
OPERATION
- Press switch 1, the indicator light
on indicates it is active.
NOTE:
the function is deactivated over 15 km/h.
