50 HOUR - DAILY MAINTENANCE OR EVERY 50 HOURS OF SERVICE
CHECK Gearbox oil level
Place the lift truck on level ground with boom lifted and the I.C. engine stopped and cool. Check 5 minutes after stopping
the I.C. engine.

Raise the boom and place the boom safety wedge on the rod of the lifting cylinder (e 1 - INSTRUCTIONS AND SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS: LIFT TRUCK MAINTENANCE
INSTRUCTIONS).
- Remove the level plug 1: oil must reach the hole.
- If necessary, add oil (see: 3 - MAINTENANCE: LUBRICANTS AND FUEL) through the filler hole 2.
- Refit and tighten the level plug 1 (tightening torque: 35 to 50 Nm)
- Visually check that there is no leakage or seepage of oil in the gearbox.
CHECK Tyre pressure
CHECK Wheel nut torque

Check that the air hose is correctly connected to the tyre valve before inflating and keep everyone at a distance during inflation.
- Check the condition of the tyres, to detect cuts, protuberances, wear, etc.
- Check the torque load of the wheel nuts. Non-compliance with this instruction can cause damage and rupture to the
wheel bolts and distortion to the wheels.
- Check and, if required, adjust the pressure of the tyres (e 2 - DESCRIPTION: TYRES).
NOTE: An equipment kit for the wheel is available as an OPTION.
