5. Setup ramps in-line with front tires.
^ CAUTION
Front and rear wheel tracks are not the
same.
Use ramps with a minimum 20” width or
shift ramps in, to line up with rear wheels,
after front wheels are on trailer.
6. Start engine as in section 5.2.
7. Pull E-stop button all the way up and hold for ve
seconds to release parking brake.
8. Slowly drive forward on ramps by pushing drive
control stick forward gently.
NOTICE
Prevent machine damage.
When front tires are on ramps check for
front end clearance.
If hopper hits ramp, longer, shallower
ramps may be needed.
9. Drive slowly forward until front tires are on deck.
10. Return drive control stick to center (neutral) and
apply parking brakes by pushing E-stop button all
the way down.
11. Move ramps in to line up with rear tires, release
parking brakes.
12. Drive forward until rear tires are on trailer.
13. Center machine on trailer so that tires are fully on
deck.
14. Chain down from D-rings on bottom of back bumper
(E) and back of hopper frame (F). (All D-rings are
painted red).
15. Chain down from tie down holes on hopper bumper
(G). (All painted red).
16. Tie left and right side blade assemblies to each
other with a strap to secure them.
