5. After 5 minutes shut off engine and remove lter kit
and test equipment.
6. Reconnect hoses.
6.4.3 flusH Conveyor And trACtIon drIve system
This procedure is done If there is concern that both
conveyor and Traction drive systems have debris.

1. Set up ushing system for conveyor system as
in section 6.4.1. Except:
• Disconnect the traction drive hoses from traction
drive pump and install a clean (ushed) hose from
port A to B as shown in step 8 or 8A.
• Disconnect traction drive pump EDC connector
to insure that pump does not stroke. The hose is
used to insure that clean oil is available to traction
drive pump.
NOTICE
Prevent machine damage.
Do not pour hydraulic oil directly into
closed loop circuit hoses or a failure will
occur.
The schematic is shown as 8 (dual side) or 8A (single
side).
2. Flush conveyor system as in section 6.4.1.
3. After ushing conveyor system, set up for ushing
traction drive system as in section 6.4.2. Conveyor
system hoses can be reconnected since that loop
is now clean.
4. After ushing traction drive, shut off engine and
remove lter kit and test equipment.
5. Reconnect hoses.
