2.2.2.1 Tank Wrench and Pre-operation
1. Mount the tank wrench on the rear of the A5/A3 so that it can be used to open or close each
cylinder without disconnecting it from the machine.
2.2.3 Vaporizers (if available)
WARNING: If the vaporizer is incompatible with the A5/A3 Anesthesia System, the
vaporizer will not work at all. Use vaporizers with Selectatec mounting
system that are compliant to ISO 8835-4. Refer to the vaporizer
manufacturer's Instructions For Use for filling or draining the vaporizer
and other information.
