connected correctly.
2. Zero the pressure and flow of each sensor.
3. Check whether the AD of the zero point of
each sensor is within the valid range. If the AS
is out of range, replace the ventilator control
board or VCM board assembly.
4. If the AD of the zero point of each sensor is
within the valid range, check whether the
software of the VCM board is compatible with
the system software version. If incompatible,
upgrade the software of the VCM board to the
compatible version. If compatible, perform the
factory pressure calibration. If the problem
persists after the calibration, replace the
ventilator control board or VCM board
assembly.
