and the boot version as well as the GPS year which is used as a reference .
The GPS system uses a time reference which counts the weeks and the seconds in a week,
with a reset every 1024 weeks. This reset has occurred this year in the night of the 21
st
August
1999. The next reset will be in the night of the 5
th
of April 2019. To avoid any problem, your
receiver display the year in the VERSION screen as a reference which you will have to update
before the s
pecific date (once every 20 years! ! ! ).
To update the GPS year, press the key
to select the GPS YEAR, press
Enter

year and then press
Enter
