In re emergency state, the controller records the system
and current car states at power failure and restores these
state after power-on again.

re emergency oor, the elevator enters the reghter
operation state only after the reghter switch input inside
the car is active.

After the re emergency switch is active, the elevator
returns to the re emergency oor and opens the door.
Then, the re emergency switch becomes inactive and
active again (within 500 ms), the elevator enters the
reghter operation state.
