If the current infusion is to continue, press “NO,” and you will be prompted to resume the
therapy.
If the current infusion is to be discontinued and a new IV bag started, press YES/ENTER to
repeat. e following screen will then appear, asking whether or not you wish to maintain the
current Bolus or MedLMTS
™ schedule.
Pressing “YES” will maintain the current schedules and continue with the programming of the
pump. Answering “NO” will display the following screen, asking you to conrm the clearing of
the schedules.
Pressing “YES” will clear the current schedules and continue with the programming of the
pump. Answering “NO” will return you to the prior screen.
How to Go to “New Program”
NEW PROGRAM—If the cursor is moved to this field and the YES/ENTER key is pressed, the
display will automatically move to the first screen for a new programming.
Entering or Changing Data Fields
When prescription data fields appear, use the numeric keys to enter specific patient prescription
information and, when correct, press the YES/ENTER key to accept. If a field on the menu is not
accepted by the program, a context-sensitive alert prompt will appear and the cursor returns you
back to the fields that require the change, to help you resolve the problem.
