Entering a New Program
3. NEW PROGRAM: To program an entirely new prescription or different therapy, press the
YES/ENTER key at this eld (the ability to change these parameters may be controlled by the
lock setting). e display will return to the Pre-Prescription Screen. If the current container has
not completely infused, the following screen will appear:
a. is screen is a reminder that the infusion is not complete. If you want to return to the
current container and nish infusing it, press the NO/CHANGE key to return to the Pause
Menu screen.
b. To abort the current container and enter a new program, press the YES/ENTER key. If
a prescription has previously been entered for the therapy mode you wish to program, the
following screen will appear:
c. If you want to save the current prescription, press the NO/CHANGE key to return to the
Pause Menu screen. If you wish to erase the current prescription and enter a new program, press
the YES/ENTER key to proceed. All previous prescription values will be erased.
Note: Selecting “NEW PROGRAM” will also reset the “OPTIONS” selected to their default
settings except for the “LOCK” and “AUDIO” settings which must be changed manually.
Infusion Complete
When the infusion is complete, the audio alarm will beep, and the following screen will display:
Note: To temporarily silence the alarm, press the SILENCE key.
PCA Infusion Complete
This screen displays:
1. “INFUSION COMPLETE.”
