Ԙ Shows the status set on the Cut Sheet Counter.
INOP (fi xed display)
ԙ An "A" is usually displayed when the cursor is placed here, and
changes to "ALL CUT" mode when the paper is loaded. In this
case, Ԛ is blank and ԛ shows "****".

Ԛ Automatically displays an "S" in Ԛ when the cursor is moved
to ԛ with the Right switch or Left switch and indicates a "Sheet
Cut Count" mode where the number of sheets for cutting can
be entered.

play
ԛ Switches from "****" to a "4-digit number" when the cursor is
moved to ԛ . Move the cursor on the display with the Right
switch or Left switch and enter the number of sheets for cutting
in "Sheet Cut Count" by moving up or down to the line with the
number you want.
Enter a number in a range from "0001 to 9999".

Ԝ An "H" is shown when the displayed setting has been saved. A
blank space is shown in the setting change state.

Switches Description
RIGHT- LEFT
Use for moving the cursor.
UP – DOWN
Use for moving up or down to the number, enabled by ԛ .
ENTER
Use to store the settings. (After entering, an "H" appears in Ԝ ).
CLEAR
Shows the default (reset value).
MENU
Use in Setting Entry mode; Shifts to Menu screen 1.
Note 1: The data changes are not entered (stored) if the Menu switch is pressed before the
Enter switch was pressed.
Note 2: If an error such as Cover-Open was detected before pressing the Enter switch then
after eliminating the error, operation shifts to Standby mode without storing any of the
changes.
