SECTION VII: MOBILE RADIO EMERGENCY OPERATIONS
This section contains information and procedures for operation of the mobile
radio during an emergency situation.

Term De fi nit ion
Central Controller A computer that controls the radio system. It is
located in the Electric Building.
Dispatch Consoles Computers located in the ECC [monitors the
Electric System on a 24-hour basis] and in Crew
Dispatch.
ECC Energy Control Center, the department whose
responsibility is to analyze incoming information
from SCADA and trouble calls and to provide
repair solutions for field service units. This center
operates 24 hours a day and accepts customer calls
during non-business hours.
Emergency An incident where injury to District personnel or
destruction of District property is imminent or has
already occurred.
