Note) The details can be checked by monitoring the MCU status using F161 (MRCV) instruction.
Troubleshooting

- Is a communciation block installed? Check if the communication
block is installed firmly.
- Is the wiring correct? Check the wiring again.
Communication is not
possible.
(ERR LED lights)
- Isn’t there any problem in
environments such as noise?
Check the shielding.
S. ERR lights - Is the operation mode setting
correct?
- Isn’t it used excessively ignoring the
usage restrictions?
Read out and check the status
using F161 (MRCV) instruction.
Is the setting for the transmission
conditions correct?
Is the setting for unit numbers correct?
(Does the destination of MEWTOCOL-
COM match with the unit no of MCU
setting?)
Read out and check the status

Is the mode set to the computor link
mode?
Check the setting reading the
status using F161 (MRCV)
instruciton.
In case of % header, isn’t the
command length over 118 bytes?
In case of < header, isn’t the
command length over 2048 bytes?
Transmission is not
possible when RD of MCU
is flashing.
Isn’t FF specified for the unit No. of
