Description
1
The FPGA or logic chip did not load correctly. An amplifier power cycle will normally fix
this problem. If the error remains, try reprogramming the FPGA with configuration utility.

The MAC address of both the wired and wireless Ethernet interface has been reset to
defaults. Try cycling power. If the error remains, contact Natus Neurology Incorporated
Customer Service

The internal battery voltage is too low to provide adequate reserve power for 50 20 10 5 2
normal operation. The amplifier needs time to charge the internal batteries. Connect the
amplifier to power for 15-30 mins.

Error trying to allocate memory for the TCP connection. An amplifier power cycle will
normally fix this problem. If the error remains, contact Natus Neurology Incorporated
Customer Service.

Error trying to allocate memory for the UDP connection. An amplifier power cycle will
normally fix this problem. If the error remains, contact Natus Neurology Incorporated
Customer Service.

The internal SD card (on board memory) has not been detected. The SD card has come
loose or is not operational. Try cycling the power. If the error remains, contact Natus
Neurology Incorporated Customer Service.
