If the acquired waveforms on your Natus Medical Equipment are flat, do not appear, or do not appear correctly, try these steps: First, shut down the computer for at least 10 seconds, and then set up the test again from the beginning. Ensure there's a tight connection between the headbox, the breakout box, and the computer. Also, verify that the patient electrodes are connected to the correct channel in the headbox and fit properly (not loosely). Inspect your cables and change the acquisition cable. Check the gain and timebase settings to ensure that they are appropriate for the current test.
