othercontaminatedmaterials(e.g.lters,rags)in
accordancewithapplicableregulations.Recycle
ordisposeofengineuids,lters,andother
contaminatedmaterialsaccordingtoapplicable
regulations.
WARNING:Topreventpersonalinjuryordeath,shift
transmissiontoparkneutral,setparkingbrake,andblock
wheelsbeforedoingdiagnosticorserviceprocedures.
WARNING:Topreventpersonalinjuryordeath,donot
letengineuidsstayonyourskin.Cleanskinandnails
usinghandcleanerandwashwithsoapandwater.Washor
discardclothingandragscontaminatedwithengineuids.

1.Parkvehicleonlevelground.
NOTE:Donotcheckoillevelifengineisrunningorimmediately
afterengineshutdown.
2.Shutdownengineandwait5minutes.
3.Removeoillevelgaugefromoillevelgaugetube.
