maintained at the GND level?
Check for disconnections and breakage at
POCF and POCE on the PJDIV PWB and the
CPU PWB. Replace them, as required.

Is the potential at POPSC#5 on the PJDIV PWB
maintained at the GND level?
Check connections of the AC PWB and the noise
filter (electrode screws loosened) and examine the
AC source voltage (200 -240V).
Replace the power supply if there is no problem.
Replace the power supply.
