Problem with Icons on Control Panel
"Update" icon does not appear on Control Panel:
→ If "Use DPM" is specified in SSC Agent, the update feature specific to US110 is
disabled. Thus, the Update icon is not displayed on Control Panel.
"Logon" icon does not appear on Control Panel:
→ If "Use Client Management Option" is specified in SSC Agent, the logon setting is
not used. Thus, the Logon icon is not displayed on Control Panel.
Problem with Device Connection
When connected USB printer cable, a message "USB device could not be found" is
displayed:
→ This message appears when the connected printer is the one not supported by
US110, or the type of printers connected exceeds six kinds while [Use extended
printer driver] is specified. If extended printer driver is used, select [Control
Panel] → [System Properties] → [Setting] tab, check to [Delete Record of Printer
Connections] box to delete the list of printers that were connected with US110.
Then, connect the USB printer cable. If this message still appears after the setting
has been made, that printer is not available for US110.
