6.3 Alarms
If an alarm is acvated, the unit goes into O mode unl the problem is corrected.
If an alarm message is displayed in the PLC display, the light in the Standby/Running
buon ashes one second on, one second o. This 1/1 on/o sequence connues unl
the problem is corrected and the alarm reset. See also the PLC Sengs Manual and the
Installaon and Service Manual.
6.3.1 External Fire Alarm Explosion Detected
NOTE! Establish procedures to follow in order to prevent this alarm from being acvated,
and for when the alarm is acvated. Procedures should follow the current ATEX direcve as
well as local rules and regulaons.
An external re alarm is acvated or a Relief Panel Sensor (RPS) is connected and has
detected an explosion. Press the green OK buon
OK
to reset the alarm.
6.3.2 Emergency Stop Acvated
If this message appears in the display, one or more emergency stops have been acvated
and the machine has been switched o.
Find out why the emergency stop has been acvated and correct the problem. When all
hazards have been eliminated that acvated the emergency stop, the emergency stop can
be reset. Press the green OK buon
OK
to reset the Emergency Stop Buon.

6.3.3 Low Pressure or Duct Isolaon Released
The Compressed Air Switch (CAS) indicates that the compressed air pressure is too low.
Check that the compressed air supply is aached to the unit. Reconnect the compressed air
supply if necessary. If the compressed air supply is connected correctly but the compressed
air supply is too low, see the PLC Sengs Manual and the Installaon and Service Manual.
Press the green OK buon
OK
to reset the alarm.
