When installing the felts, the manual torch should not be connected to the device.
• Install the insert on the manual torch (see chapter 7.2).
• Fold the felt into a "U" shape and stick it on to the electrode.
• Fasten the felt in place using the O-ring (A).
7.4. 
• Install the insert on the manual torch (see chapter 7.2).
• Simply slide the felt onto the electrode.
When installing the felts, the manual torch should not be connected to the device.
